  • ''What is the essence of talent? There is no perfect formula for recognizing it, but what is clear is that it has always been in the DNA of humans.''

The model of MIT can be replicated anywhere in the world, with a lot of discipline and commitment to excellence, because you can find talent and innovators everywhere. It’s a question of vitalizing the ecosystem with the best tools.

"What would the first innovator in the History of Humanity say to our young people if he had the tools we have now and the capacity to communicate with everyone around the world?"

"How could we know if Sergey Brin, Bill Gates or Pep Guardiola would develop the talent they have shown to have?

"There is no perfect formula for recognizing talent, but there are critical characteristics that will make someone be successful in life"

"What is required to cultivate talent is excellence, dreams, creativity and perseverance, and all of that is in our DNA"

"Innovation does not come from spending 3% of the GDP in R&D, but from infusing passion among people, breaking the barriers of the impossible. When this happens, the best thing institutions can do is to provide the support necessary to cultivate this talent in the long term, invest in the universities, and organize contests of ideas to empower invention".

"The essence of MIT and of its success has been the balance between structure and resources. This is our commitment to the future generations of talent: provide the best mentors, promote collaboration among disciplines, vitalize the talent of this model from an ecosystem open to those individuals who are passionate about what they do".

"The model of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology can be replicated anywhere in the world, with a lot of discipline and a strong commitment to excellence, because talent, innovation and innovators are everywhere, and because we know this ecosystem works. This must be our commitment to the future generations of talent".

"Innovators with talent are passionate people, who take risks, and who carry out the tasks they set for themselves"
