Young entrepreneurs, social and scientific entrepreneurs, professionals from the world of education, culture and sports, businessmen and managers, students and "restless" young people will share their experiences and ideas to identify the best social, technological, economic and political conditions to stimulate an entrepreneurial culture.
The objective is to connect talent –those who have the ideas- with resources - those who have the financing and the capacity to put them into practice.
IMPULSA represents metaphorically the trunk that must unite the leaves of the tree (established and solid companies, which generate the oxygen of society or the creation of wealth), with the roots (new companies), in constant search of new nutrients, from which “life” is derived.
Established companies have the economic and financial solidity and, above all, knowledge and experience of business management and of the markets. New companies have the audacity and the vision, as well as the passion of their entrepreneurs, with a degree of motivation and “positive madness” that is usually difficult to find in established organizations.
In the businesses (and in the society) to come, it will be indispensable to acquire new instruments, new “institutions”, new social mechanisms, that connect these two poles. IMPULSA is a sample of this, a forum to be chaired by Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Asturias and Girona, with participants that include a Nobel Peace Prize winner, young people with initiative, well-known entrepreneurs, students and professionals from the world of education, science, culture and business.
