The delegation was headed by the chairman of the Fundació Èxit, Salvador Mas de Xaxàs, who in July 2010 received the Impulsa Award to an Organization from Don Felipe and Doña Letizia.

Fundació Èxit was established in the year 2000 by a group of business people and organizations in the field of social work, with the objective of facilitating the job placement of young people who have failed at school and are at risk of social exclusion.

Toward this goal, the young people are interviewed to get an understanding of their interests and motivations. A tutor will accompany them throughout a personalized itinerary, which will include training -from literacy classes to specialized workshops-, orientation about the labor market, searching for companies that will offer them a first job contract, and monitoring during the first months of work.
