IMPULSA goes beyond the scope of a mere symposium in which some of the world's best ideas and experiences in the field of youth and initiative are distilled.

IMPULSA wants to move into the field of practice. To do so it has chosen its guest especially for this occasion.

The participants in IMPULSA are potential agents of change with one feature in common: their capacity to become involved in something new in order to catalyse a change of attitude in society. They are people who want to undertake commitments in their everyday life, to a greater or lesser extent, in order to improve society for the good of youth, the most disadvantaged collectives and progress in general.
