With the help of an award obtained in one of the Wayra projects in 2011, Jesús Pérez Llano co- founded TedCas, a platform and interface for the health sector. He says that being involved in Wayra made him realise that “the most important thing that someone can do for you is not to make your dreams come true, but to give you the tools you need to do it for yourself”. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Cantabria.
