This is the IMPULSA Forum

30/09/2014

IMPULSA is a process launched in 2010 by the Prince of Girona Foundation to discover what educational, technological, economic, political and social conditions are required to turn thousands of restless young people into creators of progress, through initiatives in all fields: science/technology, business and society, sports and art/culture.

The IMPULSA Forum brings a range of experiences from around the world together on one site with a view to identifying the best practices and therefore to encouraging in young people an attitude conducive to initiative and effort that helps them to develop their different talents.

IMPULSA Forum 2014 has taken a step further along the path initiated two years ago, and focused on all types of collaboration that, in very different areas, help to transform today’s society into an open and collaborative model. This fifth Forum has therefore become a beacon for successful collaboration-based projects and initiatives.

The theme this year was ‘IMPULSA Forum: open and collaborative’. IMPULSA has evolved to become the platform for young people with concerns to meet, to connect with one another and to activate their talents for social transformation. While the previous two editions focused on exploring the potential of collaboration, this fifth Forum has demonstrated the results of initiatives based on combining resources and distributed capacities aimed at generating value both for all those involved in them and for society as a whole.
