The IMPULSA Awards recognize the talent of young entrepreneurs

Ruth Ruiz (social service), Alba Ventura (cultural-sports), Óscar Fernández-Capetillo and Borja Ibáñez (ex aequo, scientific-academic), Pau Garcia-Milà (business) and the Fundació Èxit (organization) are the winners.

Today the Prince of Girona Foundation announced the winners in the first edition of the IMPULSA awards. The awards, convened with the objective of promoting initiative, research, creativity and solidarity give recognition to the talent of young entrepreneurs in the four fields in which the Foundation focuses its activity: social, scientific-academic, cultural-sports and business.

The IMPULSA awards will be presented next 1 July at the Auditorio – Palacio de Congresos of Girona, in a ceremony presided over by Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Asturias and Girona.

A total of five awards will be granted: four individual awards to young people (between the ages of 16 and 35 and citizens or residents of a country within the European Union) who have excelled in one of the four fields in which the Foundation centers its activity, and one award to an organization, in recognition of their efforts made towards young people’s development with visible results.
