Sporting and educational training model for young people preparing to join FCB's reserves. For over 30 years, La Masia, which occupies the same facilities as Fútbol Club Barcelona, has welcomed young people with outstanding sporting qualities from several countries and trained them both in the classroom and on the pitch.
