The IMPULSA project is a catalyst for generating ‘impetus-givers’ who can act as agents of change through their respective responsibilities, and enterprising young people who take advantage of the inspiration and contacts gained from the IMPULSA process to turn their ideas into projects. IMPULSA generates a dialogue with the ultimate goal of connecting established talent with emerging talent and of channelling the final outcome to society as a whole.
